Goal:

My goal is to bring more value to Esker through video projects and creative assistance. A retainer would allow me to invest more time and attention into the team’s goals, and help foster new ideas to push the boundaries for growth. This retainer would also give me some financial security so that I can continue to evolve as a filmmaker, which will result in better work for Esker.

Skills:

Video Production: Short films, documentaries, corporate and commercial videos

Creative: Brand consistency, media management, visual concepts, and other tasks to assist team if needed

Further ideas: Youtube channel growth, ambassador video series, more bitesized bikepacking, environmental advocacy

Retainer:

$3,500/month

• Video and Creative - 100 hours per month allowance (25hrs~week)

• Unlimited projects and deliverables

• Not included - out of state travel expenses only (flights, fuel)

  • with retainer - $3500 for 100 hours
